Project proposals must be submitted on behalf of two research teams (one in Canada and one elsewhere) and each research team must consist of two or more researchers, with at least one having completed graduate studies. Research must be in the field of Canadian Studies, which can include work of a comparative nature in which Canada represents a substantial part. The maximum value of the award is C$10,000. Smaller grants may be made.
